IN-GAME ART ASSETS
In-Game Character Art - South Park Phone Destroyer
These are all final quality animatable character assets that the player sees in the game. They were made in vector graphics.
The player outfits had a rigorous system behind how they functioned which posed great limitations to what could be done visually. A lot of creative power was used when designing these outfits to challenge what is achievable within in the system. Each outfit pieces had to have up to two colours which could be picked by the player.
I was tasked with producing the whole range of NPC-character art with the help of an outsourcing studio. I handled reviewing their art and providing feedback via email.
Game Element Visuals - South Park Phone Destroyer
Was tasked to create four themed sets of seamless tiles that can be used together to make natural organic shapes on the battlefield. These were areas on the battlefield characters couldn’t walk through.
I made these tiles to look like kids crayon drawings and they were paired with some props that were not flat against the ground to create more visual interest.
Level Visuals & Construction In Unity - South Park Phone Destroyer
I constructed a number of PvP arenas and provided most of the art assets they are made of. I also personally constructed them in Unity while making sure everything is optimized for performance.
